Does your blog keep you accountable?

Since blogging I’ve started to get a bit uncomfortable with what I say, even though it’s what I believe. Last week’s blog was about how to measure being human, how to measure conversation etc. By the end of my post I felt convicted to check whether I’d followed my own advice. Had I? No!

Last week’s blog reminded me to spend time revamping my personal facebook page which I’ve done, but it can be better. Also I needed to finish loading my profile for Linkedin which is currently 45% complete.

Is telling you or just writing this blog part of being authentic and transparent? You tell me. There’s something about standing from the outside looking in.

Words have their place, but nothing beats living what we say! I’m sure your clients or customers will be relieved to hear that too.

I decided this year to do what I love – and that is learning how to blog consistently and be myself, whether in front of the camera, a crowd, or my keyboard.

I like what Zig Ziglar said… You don’t have to be great to start… but you need to start to be great.
